  Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I paid for my order and waited 5 minutes and was then told the cook read it wrong and made a grilled cheese sandwich and it would be 5+ minutes to make my order. I had to pick my kid up from practice and just asked for my money back.....That took 10 minutes and I was late picking up my son. Fifteen minutes of my time for nothing but inconvenience. By the time I came back to Zaxbys, they were closed. Never again.

  I've gone to this location 3 times and every time I've ordered there they've screwed something up. First time I was given snack portions for a large meal. Second time I was given old, crispy food. Third time, just now, they gave me the wrong sauce, I don't have a way to go back and fix this error this time and the their signature sauce is why I go there. I've wasted so much time during my lunch break just going back and fixing these "mistakes." I've worked fast food so I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but three times in a row of incorrect or poor quality food just leads me to believe that the underlings that work here just don't care. Management has always been very kind and accommodating. I've basically given up on expecting any real consistent quality from this location.
