  This is one of the worst experience I've ever received at retail boutique
  
  I have experienced this store on 2 occasions, 1 to buy and 1 to return. I'm a first time purchaser of this brand but I was in need of a bra so I thought I would give it a try. I went in to be fitted for a new bra and was helped by the store manager on my first visit. I was a little unsure of the store's fitting process as it's so different than my previous experiences with other stores and brands. The manager was very pushy about having me find an item that fit. I'm on the larger size where I was maxing out with their sizing options. The manager told me that their bras fit differently than other brands and the standards for fit are different. Other brands have a consistent fitting scale based on a level band, straps don't dig in, the full coverage cup doesn't allow for spillage, the underwire securely holds you in and the band between the breast lies flat. None of the normal determinations are apparently how their bras are fitted here. The manager told me that our full coverage bras are intended to keep everything together to make your breast appear less full by eliminating the separation. I wasn't 100% sold but I decided to take her word for it and purchase 3 bras but only wearing one to try it out. Needless to say, it was very clear that the fit she said was "their specific fit" was a bold faced lie. My breasts were pushed together uncomfortably, there was spillage and strap slippage after the first wear. The bra that I wore broke after about 2 weeks. The underwire section of the bra separated from the band. It's obvious it wasn't designed for someone of my size.
  I went to the store on the 16th to make my returns. They allowed me to return the two unworn items but it was like pulling teeth because they insisted they could find me a better fit. Surprisingly, I was told that because I had worn the other one, I could not return it even though it was obviously defective. It became very clear when the manager refused to come to the floor for me to further discuss this matter, that their policy is to not accept returns. Even though on their receipt and website it clearly states that a defective item can be returned. It was only after the return was handled that she made an offer of allowing me to return the damaged bra for store credit. Not really sure how that's going to help me at all, since you don't have sizing to accommodate me.
  Due to the overall pushy nature and ridiculous return policy, this store clearly operates on a high commission level. My advice if you come in here is to not allow yourself to be persuaded by their sales pitch. I'll be heading back to my normal stores for a much better customer service experience.
