  I’m going to be completely honest because we have given this practice so many chances...literally 4 years of my daughter’s life and all of my son’s. Today was the final straw. My husband called for a walk-in because my 6-month-old had a bug bite on his foot with red streaks. We were told to come into the Austell location. When we arrived we were told that we’d have to meet them at the Marietta location in a couple hours because they supposedly didn’t have his records at this location, but we know this isn’t the case because we had his last appointment here. This isn’t the first bad experience we have had:
  
  1. My daughter was very sick, and I called them during normal hours at both locations. Nobody picked up, and I left 12 messages. My call was finally returned after lunch and we were told to come into the Austell location only to arrive to be told that the doctor was actually in Marietta. I had to drive my sick daughter 48 min away to the other location. She ended up being diagnosed with bronchitis and a double ear infection.
  
  2. We showed up 15 min before our 9:30 am appointment and waited for over half an hour before the doctor even showed up to the office. Somebody was also there waiting for an earlier appointment. We ended up having to leave and reschedule because I had to go to work. Dr. Waris was unapologetic and actually blamed his staff for being late to open due to a car accident, but when she arrived her car was completely unscathed and HE took out his key and opened the door. Yes, we sat outside the entire time even though he had a key!!!
  
  3. We brought our baby for an appointment to address his breathing and possible allergies. He completely dismissed this and told us his tonsils looked large, and that could be it. We were referred to ENT who told us our son’s tonsils looked completely normal.
  
  These are only a few examples. Most visits we waited 30 min or more to be seen even though we had appointments. Staff actually suggested to my husband that we never make appointments before 10:30 because doctor is always late. Lastly, this may sound petty, but the doctor always called my son “she” before being corrected...like he didn’t even look at his chart. We felt like the doctor didn’t really care about our children and was very unprofessional.
  
  Today we called and switched to a different practice, and we instantly noticed the organization and professionalism of the office. We probably should’ve done this sooner, but I’m normally very non-confrontational. I can’t recommend this place to anybody.
