  Terrible experience. Paid $5000 deposit to do some work on my Humvee, told me only take a month. However, 5 months has past, nothing have been done. All kind of excuses( parts not ready, out of town, even if I told him only work on the service which he has the parts and he told me he will start next week several times). After decided to pull my truck to another workshop. the owner agreed to refund, however, never actually refunded. Excuses includes (his company only process refund at the end of month, then he is out of town again, cannot process refund)
