  This company also operates as Twisted Telco LLC under the same owner.
  
  This company has a computer network and telecommunications contract for several of our locations.
  
  The company is very small and often subcontracts the wiring infrastructure.
  This often results in a lot of finger pointing when there are network problems.
  
  We recently called for a network wiring problem at one of our locations.
  The owner himself showed up and spent the next 1-1/2 days trying to find a damaged network cable. During the same time, our own staff had to give him suggestions for repairing our network. When we questioned him on the excessive time to find the damaged cable, the owner tried to justify the over billing by saying our router was not working properly.
  
  On two other occasions, our IP based phones were malfunctioning and we were billed 2 days labor just to plug in 2 new replacement IP phones.
  
  We are looking to replace this company once the contract term expires.
