  If I could give no stars I would. My daughter took her prom dress in to be altered it was pinned in the areas that needed altering. Went to pick it up a couple of days later and no alterations had been done. It had been dry cleaned instead. This is a brand new dress that did not need cleaning. I went in to ask for a refund. This was refused as apparently a service had been provided. The guy then proceeded to yell at me stating that his wife would never make a mistake. He got on the phone to his wife who coincidently didn’t remember my daughter or her dress. To end the story the wife did finally admit that she made a mistake and the dress did get altered and a complimentary 2nd clean was given to the brand new dress that didn’t need cleaning even one time. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go anywhere else.
