  I came by to workout while on a training trip to Atlanta. I'm glad I did. Shelby and Chris welcomed me into their gym, which is an excellent gym. There is plenty of equipment, barbells, dumb bells, kettle bells. No worries about having something to lift there. They have highly skilled lifters there who are all about helping, including Chris who is very experienced and accomplished. If you train here you will learn to do it right and the more right you are, the less you have to worry about injuries.
