  Stacy (Anastacia) worked very well of the phone to explain the options, the coverage, what to expect and the costs. She gave us the name and appointment time to expect the technician who would perform the service. She was very friendly and polite, as well as knowledgeable about the service and our account.
  
  Patrick was out technician, He was arrived on time and came prepared for the job. He donned slippers to walk in the house. Patrick was very friendly and went over everything he would be doing. He also was very thorough in his explanations of the paperwork and what we ere signing and the warranties. He did his job very efficiently and professionally.
  
  We were very pleased with the interactions with these two representatives of All Pro and hope to continue the business relationship with them.
