  I moved to Atlanta from Chicago and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The management staff is super friendly and welcoming, very punctual when it comes to maintenance and repairs. I would recommend 1250 west to anyone looking for housing. Clean inside and out with no loitering or crime. Perfect place for kids to play and grow. All around great place to live, Trust me I live here.

  I thank everyone for their reviews. In general, the apts that I have viewed, when many residents complain about roaches, staff, etc, it has some validity. I will not be moving here.
