  I am so glad I chose Benchmark to do my rehab. I had a torn labrum from a weightlifting accident. The doctor told me it would take a year to fully recover. 2 Days after the surgery I was at Benchmark starting PT. Only 5 months later I was back to doing all my normal movements throughout the day. Now it’s been 7 months and I’m back in the gym lifting weights like normal. I’m so thankful for Benchmark and the care they provided. I highly recommend this place. And Sarah Roberts deserves a promotion! She’s the best!
